Dwarka is a city in Gujarat. The legendary city was the dwelling of Lord Krishna and so this is an important religious destination for the Hindus. It also forms one of the 4 destinations in the Char Dham yatra with Badrinath, Puri and Rameshwaram. It lies in the westernmost part of India.

The Dwarakdhish Temple is the biggest draw for pilgrims in Dwaraka. “Bet Dwaraka” is a coastal site where many antiquities have been unearthed.

Jamnagar is the nearest airport at a distance of 137 km. Dwarka is also very well connected to most major cities by rail and road.

Dwarka is a holy city that is thronged thousands of pilgrims every year. The Dwarakadhish Temple which was built in the 16th century is the prime attraction in Dwarka. The city, considered to be one of the Char Dham is also home to several other famous shrines and temples such as the Dvaraka Pitha and Nageshvara Jyotirlinga.

Gomti Ghat, Beyt Dwarka, Rukshamanee Mandir and Gita Mandir are also among the popular tourist attractions.
